The Irish Gathering

The Annual Irish Gathering is composed of six local organizations and is held each year on the first Saturday of March. The groups are Charleston St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee, Hoban Society, Hibernian Society, Ancient Order of Hibernians, Knights of Columbus Irish of 704, and South Carolina Irish Historical Society. The first gathering was held March 5, 2022, at the Irish Memorial located at Charlotte Street Park and was hosted by The Charleston St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee. This year will be the 5th Annual Gathering and will be hosted by Knights of Columbus Irish of 704.
